One Sophia KSH (Kim Seng Heng) Holdings limited was established in 1979 and is a holding company controlling construction, property development and property maintenance firms with operations in Malaysia, Singapore and People’s Republic of China. Chip Eng Seng is a real estate developer firm founded in the 1960’s which is listed in the Singapore stock exchange. The plot has an area of 210404 square feet, and an approximate area of 631,212 square feet after construction is complete. The condo project will have the latest high tech amenities and facilities like swimming pool, jogging track, children’s playground, indoor gym, BBQ area, clubhouse, function room, tennis court and security guard.
